Believe it or not, I still haven't played beyond the first mission in single player, I've played the hell out of multi though. To date this is probably my most played game on the PS3, tied with maybe NBA Live 08, Warhawk, and Guitar Hero 3.

I'm the opposite, loved the single player campaign but not as keen on it online.
Trust me, play through the campaign, it's something you NEED to do, it's just so great!

I finally started playing it over the weekend. I got to the mission where you shoot the trucks and people from the airplane like on a youtube clip or something. So far I like how there are two stories happening at once with Soap and the Marine guy (forgot his name).

9th prestige!!!! I stopped at the first 55level up and did not take on prestige at all.... played it for the first time in months the other day (with Kev online) and was handed my pooper on a plate each and every time.... either I got REAL bad or the world caught up and over took me
But 9th... I am inpressed. Des
