lol wtf? That'd be funny if it was true. Idk if it is or not. I can picture the PS3 all sitting in a little recliner with AC and a bunch of Lay's Microchips.

You were right Bam, I'm gonna argue your point about the PS3, to a certain extent. Don't you remember the stress test they put the PS3 through? If it can survive in a sauna, I think it would be alright in the case that Elite was in. If you meant absolutely no air though, you're probably right.

Well if there was NO air then it would impload hahaha...and no the PS3 under the dummy PS3 has but two holes on each side of the metal box of hell it is contained in...and what does anybody expect from a 360 if its "intercooler" is three measly fans...MS made the 360 a cheap but powerful sucker!!! Hahaha...

Mine just gets warm, I did notice once when I was playing it in an enclosed area (ps3 to one side & the side of the drawer on t'other) it got REALLY hot and scared me a little, all is well though, hasn't fried anything

I was just about to ask that question, I was like DANG! Someone on the forum already beat me to having all three next gen consoles.

Also, the PS3 gets WAAAAAAAAAAAAY hotter than the 360.

But the 360's louder than the PS3, that's where the PS3 has the 360 beat, but other than that small factor, I like my 360 more than my PS3. I don't know why, I just wanted to point that out...

maybe its just because of the games that are available for it, I'd rather take my 360 to my friends house and have a session on Dirt, the games he's got for the ps3 get tiresome after a while.

Good news that Dirt is coming to the PS3 in a week or so.

Oh yeah and I tried playing Dirt using the good old PS controls (A = Accelerator, X = Brake) and using manual, harder to get the hang of but much more fun and you feel more in control round the corners.

Exactly, that's the problem I have, all the games, I've played the hell out of, and I don't really have any money for games right this second. Therefor, I have no reason to play my PS3...
