Guitar Hero freezes on the loading screen...

Like the title says, Guitar Hero II freezes at the loading screen, the first time I did it, I thought it was the game, so I went into the store and traded it in for a new copy.

I thought everything was going to be fine, my brother and I played a little co-op and it seemed A.O.K. but than disaster struck, I swapped the users and it sent me back to the main page(normal) Than when I clicked to start the game, it froze EXACTLY where the old one did... Is my 360 dying?

I REALLY hope not, because I have no warranty, and I don't have the screwdrivers needed to take it all the way apart and fix it myself...

Have you tried other games on your 360????

I can vaguely remember a mag where they bitched about a GHII party where each and everyone were changing their profiles and saving all over the place... on that occasion it wiped lots of profiles and mixed other up.

I know that this post is no help but just some background info.

I have to beat it all over again...

I took my Hard Drive apart, backed it up, than erased my game and started a new one, it worked and got some new high scores. Than I took it apart again and put my old save on and it didn't work(as I expected)

Have to beat all the songs over again... Oh well, the 2 or 3 songs I've played so far's scores pwned my previous high scores!

I would screw if that happened to me, at least i would have the achievements to proove i done it

That's true, I just wish it let me buy/beat all the songs before it killed itself. :P I was like 5 off...


Also, I found out that if you get 3 stars, you get $150, 4 stars will get you $350, and 5 stars will get you $600, I haven't gotten a perfect song yet in the Medium, but I post when I do. Contrary to previous belief(hehe, smart people words ) If you get 3 stars, than you play the song again and get 5 stars, you get the money you didn't get before($450)
