Oh man, I DESPISE DHL, I just hope for your sake that they don't loose your 360...

Also, make sure you take the disk out before you return it, unless there's no disk in it to begin with. If you need help I saw a tutorial on Llama on how to do it, just spin a gear it looked like... Tell me if you need me to find a link.

Don't really need a tutorial to remove the disk mate - it is just a release button on top.

Already removed, packed up and ready to go.

Oh, really? I guess that tut must have been for like the oldest model of disk drive or something...

So it's just like a CD drive for a computer where it's got the hole that you stick a needle into? Why didn't sony think of that, if your PS3 breaks with a game inside, you are SCREWED, unless you take it apart...

To remove the H/D you just push the button and off it pops.... why would anyone do a tutorial for that simple process.
The older models were the same as the new ones too. Paggers H/D is a world traveller and I can vouch that it is easy to remove from a 360 unit and refit some 5000 miles across the sea

Paggers... hey man just wondering why you are sending it back to Ms and not taking it back to the store you bought it from???

Fingers crossed man that it is turned round quickly and you have it back in time for the launch of COD4 and Bio.

No, I meant disk as in like Game/Movie, not disk as in Hard Drive, lol. Even a retard could take the Hard Drive out. :P

Yeah, the whole thing turns red when the cord to the tv isn't plugged in. Happened to me once and I freaked out.

I spoke to Argos on Friday and they said that they will replace it with a new model should, and I quote, 'Microsoft's repair take longer than is reasonable'. The interesting thing is I asked for a definition of what reasonable was and was told 15 working days. I then proceeded to inform the stupid woman again (I had mentioned this already) that Microsoft themselves told me it would be no less than 20 working days which she then confirmed with them with a telephone call. However, she then proceeded to say Microsoft still had to be given the opportunity to fix the console in the reasonable timeframe despite the big M already confirming with her they wouldn't do it!

So in three weeks time when I haven't gotten it back (which I won't), I have been told to call Argos and they will give me a new console. I called the woman an imbecile and asked why I need to wait three weeks for what will inevitably happen. She said she was following procedure. So effectively I am without a 360 for three weeks for no reason whatsoever.

Argos = ****e.

Buggar..... oh well mate no worries... you will get a replacement that's for sure. I guess the woman at ARGOS is only doing that which she has been instructed to do... and as for her being stupid... remember when ARGOS only pays peanuts all they get in monkeys working for them

I am sure these three weeks will pass fast enough.

Must admit that the old 360 has barely been on this last week... think my girlfriend has used it more than me!!!
