Oh dear, another PS3 exclusive falls through it's grasping fingers.

However, sole owners of Wii and Xbox 360 would have to do without it. Fortunately, Konami isn´t completely blind to the fact that more gamers deserve to play this epic title, and it is now confirmed that Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots for the Xbox 360 will launch a year later in November 2008. It will come with new content additions including VR missions and other bonus gameplay like Snake Tales, which lets you go on more objective-based missions -- some quite lengthy. So, there's no question that Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots for the Xbox 360 comes packed with more content than the original PS3-version.

Ryder, my friend, that's hardly a bubble burster. if anything, it adds gas to the already open flame.

You will NEVER see a company comment on rumors, let alone confirm something quite a while before it's supposed release date. Hell, God of War for PSP was rumored for a year before Ready At Dawn confirmed it.

Both of you are contradicting your selves, Konami has yet to comment on any rumors, weather it be an exclusive or not, oh well I`m not bothered if it does go multiplatform or not... 8)

Another reason to go for the cheaper 360 than the ps3, just wait for GT to be multi-platform

Take it from me, there are people in the business who have been told about this by people in Konami, including the very reliable magazine in the quote. It will be released on the 360, albeit a year later but with additional content to make up for it. Just wait for the official statement.

It seems like more and more titles are being released for the 360 now.... was not long ago that the local EB Games had a small section dedicated to the 360 games... this section is now getting bigger every day.
