I bought the 120 gig hard drive a couple of days ago.... transfer was easy if a little time consuming... comes with a special usb device and a disk... connect up and pop in the disk... and then press A to transfer.... it even tells you the approximate time it will take to do it.... my 14 gig full small drive took 52 mins.... It even has a selection of video trailers and arcade demo's too...

I would buy the larger disk if Microsoft got off their arses and included Xvid and Divx codec support in a new firmware - I would pay good money to get my 360 to play these movies.
