and besides the fact, thats no spoiler it says it right in the beginning of the game all it would have spoiled is a few minutes worth of video.

No, you shouldn't post a spoiler without first putting a warning in at the beginning of that post. The fact it's a thread dedicated to the game is irrelevent. Are you saying someone playing the game should avoid a thread about the game in case it has spoilers in? I think not.

And as for it being at the start of the game I don't recall that. I might have missed it though.

if some one was playing the game for more than five minutes they would have found out what happened via the introduction to it.

it shows him being rescued from prison and what i said ruins no part of the game.

see if i had said AT THE END OF THE CAMPAIGN, MARCUS FENIX ..........

As for the rest, I must have missed it at the beginning although I don't recall any mention of his father. My reply above was mainly about you implying a spoiler can be put in this thread without a warning of some sort just because the thread is about the game. I disagree.

No, I was mistaken if what you said is true and it is pointed out at the beginning of the game. That doesn't make it ridiculous, it makes it a mistake.
