So i'm in the process of telling my family what I want for Christmas and I can't decide whether or not to go for a 12 Month membership with Xbox Live or an extra game? Can someone please decide for me!

12 month membership. That will give you more in the long run.
I still think you should at least wait till the PS3 is out in the US (less than 2 weeks now) and read some reviews. THEN make the decision to get a 360 for christmas or wait for the PS3

Game...only if you dont have one to play LIVE with...

P.S - You should go with the PS3 so we can play two player for (get this) - FREE....hehe...seriously...

It had better be free if one's planning on spending $600 for the thing.... nothing to brag about considering the difference in the price tag.
