Curry dishes are all different depending on the region the chef comes from and your local.... in Pompey it was like this...

Korma = Very mild
Curry = Medium
Madras = Hot
Vindaloo = Very Hot
Phal = Surface temp of the sun.

Across the river from me is a suburb called Surrey... and is the Indian capitol of BC... yet to try a curry from one of the gazzilions of curry houses there but my local is called GM and has won numerous awards... but nothing like the Shalamar in Pompey... strange the things you miss.

No idea what any of the food you're talking about is, but it seems like they'd be able to put together a lot of the 360 without solder. They've got a lot of pieces that can be put on with little pieces of metal that you just twist, this making solderless connections. I found something a while back on mouse.com that'd help me show you what I was talking about, but I couldn't find it again.

Basically, you just stick a piece of metal through the circuit board, than twist it, thus making a solderless connection.

Hmmmmn... curry.

Anyway, back to the topic in hand. i had the red ring and sent it of to MS for it to be sorted, it was returned to me on the 28th day, and the front panel had a crack. Not really that fussed though so did not call them to argue it. Although.... now it has been some time i though i would have a little play on Top Spin, one of the first games that i bought for the console. after sliping it into the drive, i got a message up saying it can't be played because of the "PAL" setting and the khzt or something. i have tried everything in the settings window to remedy this and it just will not work. do i have to send it back again???

also, a girl at work also told me that there is a video on youtube stating that if you wrap the console in a towel for 42 minutes or something the unit resets itself and the ring of fire disappears. not too sure how accurate this is... maybe someone might like to try it out???

I'm the god of 360. I brought my RROD back from the grave! *ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY RRODBBR(Red Ring of Death Bringer Backer)*

My 360 was crapping out where it'd only get past the first Xbox logo like once every 30 or so times that you'd try to turn it on, than it eventually RRODd on me, so I was like "screw it, don't have a warranty anyways*finds screwsdrivers, opens it up, pokes around a little bit, puts it back together, Wala, no more RROD and it turns on every time you tell it to*"
