First of, we cant talk about ISO's (downloaded games) so i have edited your post. I can help you with the downgrading though:

You have two options, upgrade to 3.50 and use US or UK copy of lumines + downgrader.

Or, use pandoras battery, but you need access to a homebrew capable psp to make one.

    I suggest the first option.

    Fw 3.60

Hello! This is my first post (as you can see).
How can I downgrade (and upgrade) my new PSP Slim (US model) version 3.60? Is pandora's battery required and what new firmware do you suggest? Thanx!

    Silver looks cool!

Yeah pandoras battery is your only option, once on 1.50 i would suggest 3.40 OE-A, just because M33 is newer and im waiting for some problems i have heard of to be removed. Also i have no need for updates above 3.40.

But the M33 firmwares are getting much more popular so its up to you.

I want a slim... Like Kev said Pandora's your only option, I think that 3.60 M33 is the lowest firmware you can do. I would go for 3.71, it's got the bugs fixed and you get all kinds of cool features and stuff. Like today I was listening to music and using looking at pictures. (I know someone's going to say something, not that kind of pictures. )
