You can't update to an OE until you are at 1.5.

I know now, but i didn`t knew!!

Is it still Nothing I can do to play games or homebrews?

What is taking time with the downgrader?

Two things you can do:

1) Wait
2) Sell yours and buy a PSP w/ a lower version
