It probably could, if the memory was bigger. I've tried viewing videos a couple times, and there isn't enough memory to do it.

PSP doesn't have a Windows Media Player built-in to the browser or any media player for that matter (besides FLASH). If SONY gave us something like that (to watch movies off YouTube and Google and stuff) PSP would be the ULTIMATE device to own IMO.

Doesn't it have one with 2.8? I thought that was one of the things they added. I could be wrong though. I just thought I remembered seeing a Flash player somewhere.

but the thing is GoogleVideo and YouTube are all flash format players/videos... so why can't you watch them on the PSP?

other than the fact that is trys to save postdata to the internal memory as opposed to just saving to the memory stick

they need to include that as an upate feaure

Flash movie players need a lot of computer memory and power. The PSP just doesn't have enough for the browser, flash, video, all running at once

First of all you posted in the wrong thread. And about the PCB, all of the circuit boards have writing on, but it only matters which side the writing is on. Open the UMD slot with the screen facing away from u, then look if it's on the left or right. Left: TA-079 (downgradeable)
Right: TA-082/TA-086 (undowngradeable)
