Default UK Air Travel and PSP's

A quick note for anyone traveling into and out of the UK.

A terror plot foiled yesterday means that there are a lot of new restrictions on what you can take on a UK flight. This effects anyone traveling from the UK and those getting connecting flights from UK airports.

The plotters, were going to get explosives onto planes in hand luggage.

ALL YOU CAN CARRY IN YOUR HAND LUGGAGE IS :-

Documents (passport, etc)
wallet
small wallet sized purse
medicines (prescription only)
Keys with no electronic fobs (car alarm buttons, wifi finders, etc)
If travelling with a young kid, nappies/milk

all in a clear plastic bag and thats IT!

EVERYTHING is being checked. Babies bottles have to be sampled

So why post on a PSP forum. Well these measures mean you can't take laptops, mobiles or games consoles like the PSP in hand luggage. It all has to be checked in with your clothes!

So no GTA:LCS on the plane and you have to worry if the PSP will come out in one piece at the other end!!!!

wow, that sucks, that's why I don't like airplanes, I wonder if they'd let you if you could proove to the security guards that nothing was wrong with the PSP. Probobly not, that really sucks.I'm not going to go on an airplane untill they loosin up, I'd cry if I had to go for a few hours without my PSP, jk, but yeah, that'd really suck.

I'm sure it already has in most of them. The U.S. is really strict with security since 9-11.

haha, that'd be funny, to see somebody with a pack of mentos and a diet coke try to hijack a plane.
