Default PSP MODCHIP

i hope the below is true. . . . .

Forget battling against Sony to get your beloved homebrew on the PSP console, we have received news that a new PSP mod is set to hit the scene called Undiluted Platinum (UP). This mod will act as a flash replacement system for the PSP which allow the use of previous flash updates or custom flash builds. Installation has been optimized to fit entirely inside PSP, this opens up the possibility to run unsigned Homebrew code on the latest PSP systems. More info will be available next week! This is 100 percent real just incase you had any doubts.

Remember where you saw this first and we hope to have more information on this exciting new product for the PSP in the coming week - at last homebrew for all on the PSP!!

Yep, read about this yesterday but it won't be easy to fit. 95% of PSP owners will have to get it fitted by someone else which reduces the amount of them sold.

Im just going to wait until version 3.0 to come out. The possibilities of that being cracked are closer to high than low. although sony will try their hardest to make it a secure system. But im afraid that is extremly hard to accomplish.

it means that there's a chip that you can put in your psp that will allow you to play homebrew no matter what version you have. it's not easy to install though.
