According to PSM2 magazine #74 some new features will be available for the PSP:
An attachable camera for online chat A GPS receiver giving you updated maps and apparently giving the game knowledge of where you are. Updated internet browser, abality to play flash, watch movies and do all the things that a PC/Mac can do. Downloadable PSOne games from sony's server (can't wait) They are also lowering the price of the normal psp bundle to £140 (UK) Also with PS3 coming out in late 2006/early 2007 we have a lot to look forward to

Well as Megaman and I pointed out earlier in some random thread, the original games were on CDs that could hold about 600mb. Take FFVII, for example, which had three discs. That's about 1.2 GIGS right there if they didn;t take out the dummy data, and useless files. THey're probably going to remaster the cutscenes and little things like that.
