Yo yo guys. The PSP has been bringing us the best moments of our gaming lives!!! Just think back to the day we though The GameBoy was DA BOMB! but now, our hworld has revolutionised!! We have the PSP and the PSP baby is gonna have a CAMERA!!!!!! Its gonna come out this year. Imagine Mp4 camcorder and photo taker!

From this autumn, psp owners in japan will be able to further expand the multimedia uses of PSP adding a camera and GPS reciever.

Official names for the peripherals are yet to be announced, but it is easy to see the new oppurtunitys a camera and gps reciever offer OSO, such as eye toy style games, portable navigation, and video chat functionality!

A european release is till yet to be announced :?

Why not at the same time as Japan.

Yeh but having a phone is diffrent. If you can get a phone that can connect to the PC and store all your images and videos from your phone, then convert your videos to mp4, then fine. But the camera is gonna also be used for games, GPS navigation system and also when playing games online, you perhaps might be able to tak your photo and use it as an image for your profile. Also look at people online, chat to them and play games with them.

the camera isnt going to be cheap.... and im getting a phone anyways, why not get a good one. plus you cant carry a psp around in your pocket. and a little tip, try not to double post :wink:

Yeah i know, sorry bout that lol. yeh i suppose you make a good point about the PSP not being able to fit in your pocket. LOL, i wonder if theyre gonna make a PSP micro lol. 8) If you ask me, its a good idea, and if they do make it, i would be really P- off cuz i would want one. Do you agree it would be good to have a PSP Micro?
