Default how to get some games into your psp?

Do I need a program or something to get a game into my psp from my computer? if i have downloaded the game straight from the internet?

If you are talking about a homebrew game(an older game such tetris) then you must have ver. 2.0 or lower. If you are talking about an ISO,(a copy of a PSP game) we aren't allowed to talk about them.

how does that make me a thieving bum?? i got a 2 gb mem stick, why not make use of it???
