Nahh, you can't beat the old audio tape
I loved my 800XL with it's huge 64k memory! One flight sim I played took an an hour to load from a 90min audio tape  You also had the honour of hearing the data transfer for that length of time (weeee buzzzzzzz weeeee buzzzzzzzzzzz) Then you had games like gauntlet where they couldn't fit all 100 levels on the audio tape, when a me and a mate tried to play the game through it got to level 64 and the tape just stopped  Think about that next time you think it's taking a long time to load a game from the UMD! |

You want Miner 2049'er on the PSP?
Download Vice PSP - a Commodore 64 emulator. Then download the C64 version of Miner 2049'er. Not as good as the Atari version but not far off ![]() Even better was the sequel to Miner 2049'er, Bounty Bob Strikes Back - the best version of this game was on the C64. Still one of my favourite platform games of all time.

Man. I feel really young. First console was the Genesis, second was the PS1, third was the PS2, and I've had four handhelds (not including PSP) : Gameboy Pocket, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advanced SP, and DS.
Oh well. I have adult tastes. Constantine
