Yeah, there's a program called the WAB Ver. Changer. You can find it in the Homebrew Section of the forum.

As a side question. Does anyone know if it's the orginal 1.5 eboot file or if it's been modified in any way? I have a friend trying to DG, but the eboot file he tried to DL from the site only got about 1/2 way finished. Does he need the one from the site or can he use the 1.5 eboot he already has?

When it says root does it mean the main psp directory or the actual folder named root? cause its in the main directory and when i got to images my psps freezes. Formatted mem stick, tis fixed now.

i found a solution to my problem.
if your psp freezes when you go to photos
instead of the black screen wif numbers,
reformat you memory card and do the whole process all over again.
it worked for me!!

There's no /root directory on the MS. It would be the drive letter windows assigns to your PSP. For example, mine's G:\. It could be just about any letter. You can actually go into the properties of the MS and manually assign one to it. So that no matter what computer you go it (if it's windows), it will always be recognized as that drive letter.

*EDIT* I downgraded mine last night! W00T! (ExaSpidey)

Sony released 2.0 to get AWAY from homebrew. This company just openly broadcasted that they will **** with the device for you. Thta's not gonna bode well for Sony, thus resulting in them sueing someone.
