My next question is, is it really neccessery, now that we can run this downgrader, is there not a way to run this homebrew stuff on 2.0, so that we can keep our webbrowser?

More important; is there a way to play my AVC's? I also read somewhere that there was a homebrew app that could play full ress MP4's...anyone know more about this?

Not yet but people will still work on it but perhaps with a little less enthusiasm. If there was a way to run EBOOT.PBP files on a V2.0 there wouldn't be any point of the downgrader. I personally think homebrew is worth 10x more than anything V2.0 has to offer anyway and after a few days of using it you will agree I'm sure.

Why is there two links? do I put both in 0r just one?

Copy h.bin in root of your memory stick
Copy index.dat in root of your memory stick
Where is the root of memory stick?

Oh never mind I did it all ready I am on 1.50, It was freaky though when I pushed on the photo it gave me three rows of numbers, I think 5 or 6 in each row, the it froze,(I was scared) so i took the battery off and turned it back on, I went to game and started the update, When it was almost done it was at 99% it said for me to contact sony so I turned it off and turned it back on and I was on 1.50

Kind of crazy but I have it now

It's just hard to supress my enthusiasm with this, have you guys checked out the SCUMM-emu, Monkey Island 1&2, and Indy running on my friggin' PSP!!! Sheer genius!!!!!!!!! Pagnell, you were right, I don't think I will upgrade any time soon!!!!
