    i actually think its going to come sooner than expected

    like so far they've made 4 psp's in 5 years i think. GO was released last year, so we should expect it by late 2010. i hope

    well let's wait and see... I think it will be just like the other PSP-X000 series, but improved here and there!

    yeah, me too.

    i would love to see a whole new look psp though. different colours/feel/texture etc.

    but sadly i dont think that will happen.

    AtsTHAt's what the go! Is for. No optical drive, so more portable. Doubt they will make another go style one so soon.

    nah, nmo waytheyre gonna make a UMD-less handheld for a while. theyre loving the UMD's man. a lot of my friends said theyd jst download games because they dont have credit cards, psn cards, and they dont want to ask parents for credit cards.

    Actually, I would be pretty amazed if the PSP2 does have physical media.

    If you think about it, they are starting from scratch, so no back catalogue. This means they can demand that all games are released on the PSN. This will certainly help combat piracy (win all round), and although it is another hoop for the publishers to jump through, I expect it would make it cheaper for the majority of releases.

    I would expect a lot of the new features of the Go would be on the PSP2 (no physical media, suspend, non-removable battery, smaller form factor, etc). It just makes more sense for the vast majority.
