i got aDS and PSP. Both are good gaming gadget. But after playing with my PSP......playing DS seem less fun.

I think the psp will support the chat feature for a couple of reasons:

1) the most dificult part was to have it wirelessly and it have the feature built in. Bluetooth and wireless.

2) Theres a keyboard that mounts on top of the unit. If it supports multiplayer for up to 16 players, on and offline, then some sort of chat is obligatory.

3) Its a selling point for the DS to have the pictochat included. So the PSP will more likely have a similar feature. Its Sony "stealing" the idea from nintendos chat but again DS will steal a Sony idea by making a cart with a slot to play media files like movies, music and pics.

I recently put a downpayment on the PSP at my local EB games. While i was there someone brought in a DS and 2 games to trade for their downpayment on the PSP. So to me that pretty much says that the DS will be something of a fly by night thing.

not only that. a touchscreen is much more sensitive in case of applying pressure on it. for example in your pocket.
