I'll ellaborate my point - I work for the council and parking outside is limited, there is no way near enough spaces for the staff that work here as it is. Come 9:00 there's no chance of finding a space, ESPECIALLY when one person has parked off-centre from the bay, the next car to it has to park furrther along and this continues until a whole parking bay has been used up just because of the fat f***s who want a whol 2m gap in order to get out their car
