Default PSP: Dead

-sigh- For some reason, my PSP started to malfunction last night. Being the curious person I am, I decided to pop it open to find out when. As it turns out, the LCD housing was pushing on the D-Pad section, and it was shanknig it. When I tried to remove the LCD, the bracket on the Motherboard broke off.

Oh well, it wasn't a very good PSP anyways. Time for me to get a job so I can buy a new one.

They are going for amazingly cheap prices on eBay nowadays. You can try there.

That sucks. at if you get a new one you'll be able to downgrade it straight away now

Man, THAT BLOWS! I told you not to take it apart though, well, not specifically, but I've said a few times that taking it apart is a bad idea...

But hey, think about it this way, at least you haven't gone through as many PSPs as I have...

I'd try to send it in to Sony, lol, see what happens.

I can't - the warranty sticker is 'damaged.' It's all alright, though. I'll just be without a PSP for a while. It might be good for me

Yeah, so? I'm pretty sure they don't check... I sent a bricked PSP in.

Yea, but there's a screw behind the sticker that's necessary to remove the faceplate, so they'd know.
