I saw Transformers in a preview showing last weekend and thought it was absolute crap. Far too Americanised and a typical Michael Bay film - all helicopters flying towards the camera with a sunset in the background while having virtually zero substance.
Why didn't they give it to a decent action director? Michael Bay has to be one of the worst out there.

On the subject of being Americanized, it seemed like this movie was a huge advertisement for American car companies. And they didn't have a single import.
Still, despite the length of the movie, I enjoyed it for the most part. Had a very... nice.... supporting actor.

I thought transformers was cool, i appreciated the computer graphics they use in films like that.
Hot Fuzz was good aswell, a bit scary for a comedy though. The bit where we falls through the miniture village and the church spike goes through his mouth, lol ![]() Kev ![]()
