does anyone know of a program that can turn video clips into individual frames? i also want to be able to save those frames as jpegs, gifs or bmp.

Try Fraps.

If you have Windows XP, try Windows Movie Maker. :P

And then use an image converting program.

Yeah, you kinda have, no offence, I just like my post count when I get to a kinda cool number, like 1111 or 1000 or 2000 or something like that.
