Default So, im going to Austrailia for 18 Days in 2007

I got this thing-a-ma-bob in the mail about me being sent to Austrailia to live for 18 days while earning high school and college credits!
im pretty psyched to travel across the world and meet new people.
Anybody else get anything like this?

no, but I am going to Mexico for 3 weeks in December trough January, and i went to Africa for three weeks in the summer of 2005, and um, i didn't get any credits seen as it was just for fun, but thats pretty cool i have a friend who has family in Australia and they just went last year, so it should be pretty cool, but everything is really expensive there so make sure to bring enough money, also i don't know where but they have burgers that you can order with a fried egg on them, but yeah should be fun.

I'm going to my mom's house tomorrow, it's a distant land filled with retarded dogs that run away and no internet and it's really cold, yeah, it kinda sucks, but I'll be back next Monday.

Now on the actuall topic, Nope, our family never goes anywhere... Oh wait, I might be going to California around Thanksgiving if I get my grades up, this time it won't be like 120 degreese at night, since it's close to Winter and all.

you're lucky you've got a mcdonalds! in my village there is NO SHOP AT ALL, nearest is 3 miles away.
Nearest Macdonalds is 10 miles away!

The world is a great place with so many FANTASTIC people to meet. I wish I had started travelling when I was a youngster.

I adore going to differnt countries and seeing new sights. I am blessed with living here in British Columbia (Vancouver) as I have so many different scenary types to keep me interested. And with America being so close, it's only a 30 minute trip and I am in the state of Washington with Seattle just down the road, I can be nosey there too.

If you get the chance, people, travel... I am sure you will enjoy the experience if you get the chance.... most of my relies come from Gods own country and Newey so I know that the folks in Aus will make you feel at home as long as you are willing to get stuck in.

I used to live in Pompey, until lasy year, and enjoyed travelling about the UK a lot and I guess there is something to be said about every location in the world... you get out what you put in I guess.
