Yup...my first love was drums, which I've been playing for about 8 years now. Then just recently (1 year ago) I bought a Fender, and I love it. I learned a bunch of songs and solos.
I think everyone should start out with drums before they go onto any instrument, because it gives you that rhythym that you need. Here's some of the songs I can play: -Black Dog -The Ocean -Wish You Were Here (I mastered the beginning solo) -Stellar -Pardon Me -Stairway to Heaven -Living Loving Maid -Star Spangled Banner (Jimi Hendrix Version...almost) -Purple Haze (not the whole song) -Crazy Train -45 -Sweet Home Alabama (may be the funnest song to play) ...there are a couple more but I can't think of them right now

And Pagnell, I'm still afraid of bass guitars, because my brother's bass guitarist in his band was tuning his, and the big E string snapped, wrapped around his arm, and broke it!
