I'm looking to get a new cell phone/mobile phone soon and I wanted to know what phone or network has the best for signal?

uk usa? where are you? most mobile phone companies have online maps to show their network coverage

That's what I've had for 9 years and I've had very little trouble with it. It is a little more pricey though.
