Default I'm so HAPPY!

I just had to say it, im so happy and relieved.
My laptop wasn't charging and my mum took it to a workmates husband a few months back, he told me to just sell it on ebay for spares and that something had fried inside, I was well gutted, I had TONS of pictures, videos, music, games, apps, from my uni days and though i'd lost it all.
My brother then asked to take the laptop to a barman who works in the pub next door to my house, he brought it back to me last night, working 100% perfectly fine, even still has all me pics etc. and still even had my logon password (which ive forgotten and got rid of).

So there i was last night till about 2am playing Unreal GOY, n64 rom's and looking through me ol' pics n' vids. think i might bump up the security on me lappie before introducing it to broadband and online play.

I had loads of south parks and stuff on another laptop that is soon to be formatted and i thought i would lose them, but now they will have a new home on my lappie!

I'm glad you got it fixed! I can imagine how it felt to know that you lost all that stuff. I'd be ticked.

Awesome. You should try to find a nice pack of CD's to back all that stuff on. :P

Or better yet, a 500 GB two disk RAID. :P

My little brother spilled soda all over his laptop (why I told my parents he shouldn't have one at his age). It didn't work for a good two months, then one day I got curious and turned it on....and sure enough, it started up perfectly, although the keys needed unsticking, it worked great...
