Default I need the torrent decoder thing

I downloaded some torrents, now i need the decoder thing to ge the actual file but i cant find one, can anyone help me out?

What type of files have you downloaded (torrent is just how you downloaded them) and where are you trying to view them

yea, whatever it is that turns the torrent file into a file that i can put onto psp vid 9 and then my psp
