Nah, school is a waste of time.

We learn things you say? Well I don't see much of a difference.

Might I suggest you change schools if you aren't learning anything. Or failing that, a better attitude towards school might help.

Yopu left school in '89??? my last day at school (not higher education) was '80 hahahaha

Attitude and the hunger to learn more is a key factor to how you percieve school as being beneficial or not.

Like anything education/knowledge requires a firm foundation and the school system gives that as long as the student WANTS to learn.

Life is a learning process and with the wrong attitude a person will fail at that too.... :?

I tell my son and daughter to enjoy school and to learn as much as possible because the more you learn the more wonderous the world will become.

Still that's an old head on an old shoulder talking not some pimply spotty teenager fresh outta nappies who knows all about life eh????

Well I just think most of the stuff we do is boring. I'm not interested in a lot of it. I think I would spend my time better if we could choose our courses or if we got rid of 3 classes in my schedule. :P

It might just be me, but I think after the senior class leaves, there's no one [worth] talking to at my school. Everyone there sucks.

1980? Jeez, I was 9. I'm 35 this year and feel old. If you left school in 1980 (asuming you were about 16), you must now be mid forties. I bet you can remember when the abacus was the height of tehnology
