There are disadvantages to a strong currency though. Other countries not wanting to import your goods/produce being the main one.

for import stuff you're right, i would never import something from england cause it would cost too much for me...but even a trip to england will kill my wallet
but i rarely get import stuff while i have to go to supermarket and shopping everyday, and what before was worth 10 euros now costs 20 euros (everything is exactly doubled) if a thing costed 10.000 in italian old value (quite exactly 5 euro) now it costs 10 euro (20.000 in old value) and 20.000 becomes 20 euro and this is for everything except for salaries of course euro really sucks i wonder who took advantage of it...i feel like getting poor :cry: |

you guys are probably right about the euro.
I am glad I live in one of the few remaining countries without Euro... we had a vote on it, and the people said NO ![]()
