oh and i'm not being greedy, it's just everyone gets sweet stuff from theirs. and i dont think my granparents are tight on money, they always get the best of everything...

Man, I can't wait to get this Guitar. I just found out about this one thing on on Demand through Comcast, it's awesome, it teaches you all kinds of things you can do to make some really bada** riffs. There's a LOT of really cool thing in On Demand if you can find them.

In news about the whole guitar subject, my step-dad said he'd let me borrow one of his guitars until I got my own, I think he offered this time because he knew he'd get it back since I was planning to get my own.

i think you come to the right conclusion in the end, best thing i did was learn to play guitar i love it.
i oftenjust sit here playing stuff while the misses uses the computer, teaching my self to play was hard and im still picking things up after 8 years of playing but as long as you have someone to teach you the basic cords/power cords all the rest comes quite easily
