I am selling a new PSP pandora battery kit v3. It is a Original Sony 1800mAh Battery and a Sony 512MB MemoryStick/MagicStick, it is new, I only used it once to test it. Downgrade/Unbrick! I am selling it for $50.00 + $5.00 First Class Mail. I ship only to U.S (PM me if you are international to set up shipping prices), PayPal only. If you live out of the country and want it you are responsible for whatever the international shipping is for it. Please PM me if you want it.

Total: $55.00 with shipping + insurance (shipping is subject to change if you are out of the country)

This will downgrade yours! It is pre-made from my CFW PSP. This will unbrick/downgrade and install Custom firmware 3.71 M33 on your PSP! PM me if you would like to buy it so we can set up the payment and shipping/tracking.

$50 ain't that bad...considering the battery costs $30 new and the mem card about $10 or so....so its only marked up a bit so he can make his share for all the trouble he went through to make the stuff

Yes. It will work on the Phat and Slim PSP.
