Default change the psp start up music?
jsut wondering,

when you fully turn off the psp, then turn it back on and se the psp screen, can you change that music?

There is actually a way. But it's something you should do ONLY if you really know what you are doing. It's a homebrew app you find on PSPUpdates.net

It really is a dangerous app - you can brick your PSP from just using the wrong sized sound file. I suggest strongly against using it, especially to change a stupid thing like the startup sound. Hardly essential maintenance I'd say.
