How do you put homebrew on the psp im confused i got the program i just dont know how to put it in there

First of all you need ver. 2.0 or lower or you must have GTA. Go to the "Homebrew" section, you'll find everything you need to know there.

It depends on your firmware. Check out this thread I wrote outlining each firmware and it's ability with homebrew.
