Hi! I'm new around here...

Default PSP Ver2.01

Im 100% total newbie to the whole homebrew scene and need some guidance please

Basically i would love to know how i can go about playing all the homebrew stuff.Ive read about downgrading my firmware and on the other hand read about an EBOOT loader,which is best?Where do i download from?

Theres seem's to be alot of knowledge on this forum so any help would be appreciated.

i don't really think it's possible to downgrade with the firmware you have, as far as i know only 2.00 and 1.52 are downgradable
i've tried that eboot loader thing but it freezes my psp when i try to start x_X i heard you need GTA:LCS in order to make it work o_O

i suggest you to downgrade if you want to play with homebrew, i hope your psp won't brik and you're still in warranty u_u

There has never been any proof of any downgrader for firmwares 2.1+.

If fact read this thread as it also relates to the thread posted by asph.

I caution you that there may be serious risks in trying the downgrade, which is most likely to be fake.

hehe that ones mine weve haulted devolepment because fanjita doesnt trust it and due to this noone will even look so sorry guys
