There are none, you need to downgrade to 1.5 first

Not true - there is now limited EBOOT.PBP executing on V2.0 using the overflow exploit. However, they run at a considerable reduction in speed so a downgrade is still the best plan if you want to run them as they were intended.

Read oyur warranty, I don't have one so i don't know. I tohugh i would also point out that you can't play game on UMD's without 2.00 because it makes you upgrade, when i bought GTA i had to do that.

Probably. However, I would love to know how Sony could find out you had done it so don't worry.

2.0 files are left on the flash after you downgrade thats how they would know anyway yes it does but if you have one with gamestop or ebgames they replace it no matter what

What are you talking about? Are you implying that there is proof left on the system itself that you have downgraded? Have you got any evidence to back this up as this isn't what I have read?

Anyway, even if there were 'files' left over from the V2.0 firmware, unless the PSP was completely out of action you could just upgrade it again before sending it off for repair.
