You put it in the folder that contains the PSP folder.

Like this: (X: stands for the PSP removable drive icon)

x:\ <Put win in this
x:\PSP\stuff < not this

It's basically C++. I suggest the library or the internet.

Quote by pirate boy"a number of US 2.0 users are reporting their PSPs freezing after exiting the internet browser and not being able to be shut off, we are currently working on fixing this problem. Also, many people are using "portals" for their psp, while online "portals" are just sites fited to the PSP offline portals are a danger to your NA 2.0 firmware PSP, JP 2.0 PSP have a different security so the "offline portals" work, for this reason many "offline portals" will not work on the NA 2.0 PSP. As for the ability to be upgrade from the JP 2.0 firmware to the NA 2.0 firmware we currently have no comment. We thank all of you for your time and your backing of Sony." hahahahahaah thats what you NA 2.0 guys get for making fun of us with the JP update "

i have NA 2.0 lol
winpsportal works pretty well, but does tht mean others might not? or does it mean winpsportal works bette ron a jp 2.0? argh!

Portdogmc, when you connect your memory card to your PC, check in the address bar for the address when you have the win folder open. Then type that in the address bar in the Internet browser. (PS: don't forget File: at the beginning of it!)
