Smile psx file on psp WITHOUT A EMU

ok do anyone know do psx bin file run on 3.90m33 with out a emu? it it VERY possible because as a programmer a bin file and a iso file is almost the same thing their both image storage files so i think if you can run iso file on a m33 maby you can run a .bin file or a .img file. and since a psp aready had all of the major component to run a ps1 game( heck a psp can run a ps2 iso without any emu) and more than enough cpu speed so I think you don't need a emu to run it. ( btf I'm not talking about .iso file I'm talking about .bin file.
