Default upgrading cfw3.80 to 3.80-5

i was just wondering how to properly upgrade. i downloaded the 3.80 m33-5 update, and im currently running just 3.80 m33. The files from dark alex's website, and it comes with the UPDATE folder containing eboot.pbp. do i just copy the folder to the PSP/GAME folder, and not bother renaming the eboot.pbp file and just run it from the game menu? thanks, any help is appreciated

well, its best to ask before you screw up your psp! but in this case its fairly self explanitory and the upgrades themselves have safeguards to prevent any problems
