Default PSX Games won't Load

Right,

I downloaded TEKKEN 3.
It already had the Eboot.PBP and the Keys.bin files. So i just made this

GAME - Tekken 3 - Eboot.PBP + Keys.Bin

When i go to my Memory stick on my PSP, everything seems fine and there is a cool background with Moving Icon, Then When i press X and open it up, It stays on a screen which shows my Waves only. Then when i Turn my PSP off it wont turn off. So i have to Remove the Battery and Place it back in then turn on my PSP. My Driver is set on M33 Driver.

Does it need to be NO-UMD driver? I dont have PopsLoader or anything like that because i already have the Eboot and Keys.bin so i doubt i need PopsLoader. Can anyone help me out? Do i need to change the Driver? Have i done something wrong? Im using 3.90 M33.
Ive put Popsloader for 3.80 M33 and above. Ive Enabled it and everything. I tried Tekken 3... Still NO Luck. So i removed it and tried DRIVER. I put everything in the PSP - GAME - DRIVER - EBOOT + KEYS.BIN
And the same thing happens, It just stays on my Waves. Does it have anything to do that its Clashing with

CXMB? I doubt it, But could it be clashing with my ScreenShot Plug in? This is what i have in my

SePlugins- Pops.txt

Should i try disabling all other Plugins and then try? Do i need to have it on 1.50 Kernal? Nothing is working and its driving me crazy. Do i need to also change my Driver?

HELP!

Thanks in advance,

Sorry to waste all that time it took you to type that, but that's illegal and can't be talked about here.

LOCKED.
