Default Help with downgrade...please!

I followed the directions on upgrade from 2.82 to 3.03 and then downgrade to 1.50...where I got right to then end where I'm told to:

"Load the included NetConfigBackup application in your PSP, and select to restore, this will take the backup that was done of the network config that was done automatically during the downgrade."

When I do this I get "This game could not be started (800200D9)"

My firmware says 1.50 but I can't load any games and when the PSP is turned on it says "To start, you must update the system software"

I tried running a 3.52m33 update and it still reverted back to the same stuff as above.

Any help would be great!
Thanks
