Well I am a proud owner of a PSP now...so need some help. The one i bought came downgraded to v1.5. I got three original games with it GTA, NFS and Socom. Just wondering is there anyway i can play these games, because the guy who sold the psp to me told me that as soon as u insert the original UMD in PSP it will ask you to upgrade the firm ware. Is there anyway we can work around that? Also just wondering when one downgrades a firmware is that making a change to the boot files which are saved on PSP or is it just some application stored on a memory stick? Sorry for so many question, hope you guys can help me out. Thanks a ton

Dev Hook does not write to your flash memory (I dunno if you know what that means, but yes, it is safe.)
