What do you mean full speed? It's not emulating anything, it's on a UMD.

yes, but the early games didnt utilise the full 333mhz power of the psp, so im just wondering how much power GTA uses as it has alot of things going on in the game.

333mhz is whats called as overclocking the psp, makes it run faster but it can be dangerous!
