In the game part of the menu you can scroll down to a memory stick option, not the saved data utility. Does that mean that you can load a game from the mem stick? If so that would only add to the legend of the PSP and the possibilites could be endless.

ok i was just thinking this the other day too... i was thinking somehow if you can download a game (lets just choose tetris) and change the format of the game so it can run on the psp... couldnt you technically save it to the mem stick and play tetris on the psp as if it was on the computer?

A Sony Rep told me that when the Namco Mueseum game come out it will be the first Game Sharing enabled game for the PSP. When one PSP allows another to share parts of a game it will be saved under the Saved Games files. This way you can play it later even if the host PSP is not around. But then again who knows what can happen in the future.

i am sure they would be able to put mini games in memory stick. i mean i wont mind paying a dollar or 2 for one(it is a good business you know, similar to games on cell phones). also if anyone installed the 1.5 firmware it loads just like a game. so i am rather certain that there would be mini games out in the future

I spoke with a Sony Rep again and he told me that there will be some games that will have the ability to access the Memory Stick for loads. That way the game will not have to load from the UMD as much. This would speed up load times tremendously. He was saying that the games would allow the user to allocate as much space as they wanted to help with load times. That would be real nice for games like Tiger Woods. But it would also mean that the PSP could finally use all of its processer power and not suck so much life out of the battery loading stuff.
