GTA Custom soundtrack radio station???? please help.

on gta, if you pause and go to the audio section, it says CUSTOM TRACKS:UNAVAILABLE, is it possibe to put your own trackcs on then?

i ahve ,mp3s on my psp, but do they ahve to be ina certain place or do they need to be in a different format?

pleas let me know if this is possible
