Pokemon?

lol ok dont burn me instantly for even starting this thread..

Anyone who had a gameboy, had a pokemon game. Yes the concept is homo and what not, but the actual game was great for traveling, took a long time to finish, and was really involving. Thats my thoughts anyway.

You reckon theyd have one for the PSP? Would you buy it?

I seriously doubt that it will even come to PSP simply because it's a Nintendo title. Most likely it will be on the DS. I'm actually surprised it wasn't a launch title or something. Or the fact the system has been out over a year and still no Pokemon. Anyhoozle, you might be able to get a Pokemon ROM and play it on the RIN Gameboy Emulator.

if they did come out with a pokemon game for psp, i wont buy it, i dispise pokemon and there never ending suply of new contonets

They really aren't that bad. I mean I'm by no means a Pokemon fan, but the games were very addictive, for me anyway. They just made me want to play more for some reason. I guess the fact that you can rome around and get more powerfull weapons.(pokemon) Don't make fun of me for this, it's just my opinion. However, I would never buy it for the PSP. Their's better games than that.

back in elementary school, i used to play pokemon games. to be honest, i thought they were pretty fun. im a big fan of free roaming games (well, most of em) and i really enjoyed it. it was a time killer... and for the gameboy, it was a superior game imo. they're getting way to carried away though nowadays. back in my day (which to some people here wasnt way too long ago) there were what 150 or so pokeman guys and now there's probably 400 of em.

id never buy one though, i dont like em anymore. like shorty said, there's better games.

i think pokemon is to repetidive, they always have the mane charicter who picks out of three pokemon, goes on a jouny to beat some leage and then goes to some cave to get an ancent pokemon with the master ball.

well thats the main idea is to beat the whole league thing and get all of them.... i mean it had certain events to set off the story and give you things to do so i dont think it was really that repetative. (i cant believe im argueing over a pokemon game :? )

SINCE i own both PSP and DS

i rather buy the pokemon for my ds than my psp.

coz its cheaper :P

i used to play pokemon on my gameboy coloour .. those were the days.. yes you can get the roms and play them on psp infact i played it on my friends psp just today
