Hi! I'm new around here...
|
Hello there everyone,
I currently have firmware version 1.52 on my psp (came that way), and have been trying to update to 2.0. I have the eboot.pbp file on my computer and have put it on my psp a few times. however, when i try to run the update on my psp it give me a message that says " The game could not be started. (80020148)" and it has also done this with the 2.60 update. any help/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanx, Xero_x |

Put it in this folder configuation:
X:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE before you can even run, you need to have the PSP at above 50% battery and plugged in. ![]()

well you take any game UMD that youve got.. turn on your psp.. whats the menus loaded insert the umd wait for it to load then go to the Games section and underneath theres the game icon, memory stick options etc. there should be an icon which reads update. Just go into that and it'll have the instructions.. hope that helped

Hi! I'm new around here...

are there any games in particular? cause i have tried the few i own and none of them have the possibilty of updating. Also by saying the letters in EBOOT were capitalizd i meant that it was saved as EBOOT.PHP but i checked that
. Any other suggestions or names of specific games? once again thank you for any help |
